Ben,

You can have this problem if you can't use DirectX 9c or later. I suggest
you to ask your beta testers who have this problem to create a shortcut and
add  -dxlevel 70 at the end of the command line in the target field. It will
force to use DirectX 7. Let us know if it fixes the problem.

Yes they do have Source SDK Base installed. All other mods work except for
Forsaken. And no, this is NOT a debug build. You get a message when you
attempt to run a debug build, not just the game exiting without MDMPs and no
message.

   deleting the cache files, clientregistry.blob,
  etc. Any suggestions on a

When i run a debug build, and try to run it thorugh steam without
-allowdebug, it does exactly what you are saying, kicks me out, no error
message, nothing, just out.

But if it is a release build...then i have no idea..
