I had this same error with our CS Death match server and managed to
trace its route right back to the quake 2 engine.

Dropping my player count to sixteen fixed it.

 current version of OZ. However, in all fairness, I'm running
 it on a different box with a different hard drive, so there
 are several unknowns that could be causing this. I'm guessing

 current version of of OZ? It's happened with stock valve
 maps, and with custom maps, both maps that have been used for
 years with no issues. On the bright side, the bot crashes
 seem to be gone from the newest version.

 Have you run into the tripmine count issue? If I set start to
 5, and max to 15, it starts with 15.

  Nope the zone command is useless now, the engine makes
 better use of
  memory now. 8)
 
  A few things you might want to do, in no particular order
 
  Replace the map and see if the error still happens.
  Run a memory test that tests all the physical ram.
  Check for bad sectors on your Harddrive.
 
  The last time I remember seeing this error, one of my memory chips
  turned out bad.
 
  The bad thing is that there are a lot of things that can cause this
  error, so it is kind of a crap shoot.

Thanks for taking the time to send this, though I've already done so several
weeks ago in English.  Unfortunately, VALVe seems to have taken no action
thus far.

There's really not much more we can do other then post on the
steampowered.com forums which would most likely end up with either
a) a deleted thread or
b) an extreme influx of retards with steamid's greater then 0:1:44X.

Can't believe they're putting out a game (HL2) on such a flawed system
(chances are the bugs will transfer)  :/

They are at the very least from STEAM_0:0:4xx through to STEAM_0:1:45

But may not be limited to just this range

I thought you would have worked that out by now all things considered?!?!

Rambo, I have your maps already on my new server, It's a 32 player (2
reserved for certain Admins) You are already an Admin (amx mod 0.99). It
normally is a 24/7 Starwars2 server (yes a 32 player version, new spawns and
other entities) Feel free to post in my forums a time (a link to the maps so
they don't have to wait for DL) when you would like to do the test I am sure
some of them will show up.. The server has a decent following already. It
usually has most of my player population on it. Some of them may leave with
the mapchange but some will stay. Everyone from the list is welcome to join
as well

I will definitely participate as I like your maps :) send me any custom
cvars or configs you would like set for the maps, so that I can make it
automatic on map change..

Mike, This is NOT the same server you played on previously.. This one has
quite a few people on it in the evening and the weekends. The one you played
on is called {MC}Paradises Extra Server, It is NOT up 24/7. It still has
your maps in rotation though. I have at least 3 clans that consider my
servers their home. If you have a date and time in mind I can try to get
these guys to come together to test this. I am sure we can sill the server
up. Also if we post the date and time here I am sure a few people from the
list can join us as well. :) I will also post a csay message on all 5 of my
servers posting the date and time and where to go. Others can do the same.

Check out the Psychostats, not bad for a server that is a week old!

Rambo, I have your maps already on my new server, It's a 32 player (2
reserved for certain Admins) You are already an Admin (amx mod 0.99). It
normally is a 24/7 Starwars2 server (yes a 32 player version, new spawns and

The Polish lot was just the Polish version of the English version of the
cd-key steam exploit, as opposed to the non-steam steam exploit.  They're
both documented on that forum I linked in a random email ages ago (actually
that may have been the linux list...)

it atm, but that might be because I'm lying sideways while typing this

CS:CZ will make its Own Nav files

Just load an empty server With a Custom map and add a Bot.  The First Bot
will run around the map making its own nav file.  If you are in the when you
add a bot the Game will freeze Saying learning map or something then when it
is done the map will restart

Re: [hlds] HLDS_proc

It manages HLDS processes. It can also allow customers and staff to start/stop servers 
on their own through a web-based interface. It can also run HLDS as a Windows service 
instead of regular application so they start up automatically when Windows starts up.

If it was developed on a regular basis I would probably still be using it. Now I use 
FireDaemon, but may try ServerDoc soon as well since it closes HLDS error message 
windows that are not part of windows debugging/error reporting (FireDaemon does not 
yet do this).

 If it was developed on a regular basis I would probably still be using
it. Now I use FireDaemon, but may try ServerDoc soon as well since it
closes HLDS error message windows that are not part of windows
debugging/error reporting (FireDaemon does not yet do this).

   Rob normally puts time bombs in his beta software, which they will

   working after some time. I know there was some in beta 2, but not
