I had this problem Just reupdate it and you will be fine. I was missing
steam.inf when I redid mine I think

My servers were updated properly and are no longer
showing the "Server out of Date" message.
I can connect to the servers fine with no problem but
several people have said they can't connect and when
they try they get a message saying "You do not have
this third party mod" or something like that and they
cannot connect.
I do not understand why some people would see this
message since I know the servers are updated and I
have no problem connecting myself.
I have had quite a few people complain about this
issue and I'm a bit stumped as to what this problem
could be since I know the updates completed.
Anyone know what this could be ?
