Check the config file for my plugin to make sure you aren't missing any
quotes.

Also make sure that kp_disable_jointeam is set to 0.  Setting it to 1 will
cause HL2DM to ignore the spectate commands.  I wrote this for someone that
wanted to be able to force people into spectate mode as a punishment or for
1v1 matches and not let them join back into the game without an admin
approving it.

own server. but i also whant to make a server and play different modes

work at all when you type spectate?
