[hlds] Looking for a utility...

I'm in the process of building some automated scripts to help manage 
servers, and before I reinvent the wheel, I figure I'll ask other 
windows server operators...


Does anyone on this list have a windows COMMAND LINE utility for sending 
rcon commands to a server?

nemrun. So... Back to manually specifying IPs because the DNS cannot be 
trusted.

A required update for Team Fortress 2 is now available.  This is also an 
optional update for Counter-Strike: Source.  The specific changes include:

Dedicated Servers (CS:S, DoD:S, TF2)
- Fixed a case where servers would lock-up while writing .dmp files.

Counter-Strike: Source
- Fixed some minor smoke grenade bugs.

Team Fortress 2
- Fixed a bug in the Steamworks internal stats reporting.

[hlds] cl_radar_locked

Lately my players have been noticing that their consoles are complaining
about the "cl_radar_locked" cvar, which from what I understand is a CS:S
cvar.  (This issue is cropping up in TF2)
Anyone else noticed this?
