I have also suffered from this error, is there any official word on a fix

Re: [hlds] Steam CMD

2012-07-06 Thread Joe Powell
It wouldnt be so bad if for example, you could use it with any account.

For CSGO, its beta, so your account has to have access to it? Or am I
wrong, in which case, we might aswell all create new steam accounts for
server purposes.

Re: [hlds] A hl2 model that can crash TF2 & CSS client

Is it a custom map that is being created?

If so I dont think you can expect valve to fix their client for a custom
placement of an entity. They support their own maps, not custom created
ones.

Re: [hlds] 100 TICK SERVERS

2012-02-29 Thread Joe Powell
Id like to throw a challenge out, these '1000fps servers' against some
decent quality 'standard' servers.

Get some top teams, possibly one of the big esports news sites to test.

We wont tell anyone what the servers are, just provide them with links ie.

server1.gametestblah
server2.gametestblah

See what they actually say is better. End this once and for-all.
