Well i did all that, rechecked my home server and checked the internet 
connection - results all ok except i can not find the mp game on the internet.
i am giving up sick of restarting the server.
there are more importent things in live the playing games.
i wanted to give more entertainment and a place to test new maps and models, 
but no luck.

It's not there because it's a LOCAL server, to you.
Others should be able to see it as long as you have it set up properly.
Tell someone your IP and have them check for you.

A FRIEND OF MINE RUNS THE HLDS FOR A HOME NETWORK.
WE BUILD OUR OWN MAPS AND PLAY THEM ON IS HOME NETWORK.
 
I WOULD LIKE TO HOST THESE MAPS ON MY WEB PAGE AND SERVER, BUT I WHEN I START A 
CONNECTION AND CHECK IT IN COUNTER-STRIKE MY HLDS IS NOT THERE.
 
I WANT TO RUN, MANAGE AND PLOT THE SCORES ON A WEB PAGE.
 
CAN YOU GIVE ME ADVICE PLEASE
