Just a random thought, if Valve enabled hotlink protection on the steam 
community images, couldn't they set it to send all images as a special 
"This site is a scam website" image?

Seeing as some scam sites hotlink the images directly, it would probably 
work for some, but not all...

Because there are other browsers out that, and removing the site from the 
internet is a far better solution.  The Firefox and IE Anti-phishing 
measures is a bandaid fix to a bigger problem.
