Don't use media player, use a SWF file opened in I.E. Minimized.

also it has been said that you can only set your tickrate in the CMD line,
this is not true.
i set mine in my server.cfg all of the time.

CPU not even being tested
its ideling ( wit no clients) at 0%
the processor shows as dual core,
i've started MediaPlayer so as to boost FPS, but this doesnt seem to do
anything for the actual performace
