Re: [hlds] Replay Help
You need separate directories, there can be looots of files and overwriting the other is possible. The replays can go broken and they become useless for the players. Make sure you also clear the directories once a while, autoclearing might not work. To load replay without command line, put replay_enable 1 to server.cfg and setup the necessary settings in replay.cfg and depending which method you use, replay_ftp.cfg or replay_local_http.cfg. Be aware that ftp offloading will hang the whole server if ftp does not respond while replay files are being offloaded. -ics Harsh Baid kirjoitti: Just some quick replay related question 1) According to the wiki, i need have separate directories if im running multiple servers on the same box for replays? Is this true (and if so why)? My situation is that i am FTP offloading and what i wanted to do was simply redirect all replay files to one single folder on my website instead of making separate sub folders within each folder depending on how many servers i have. 2) Can i use exec replay.cfg in server.cfg instead of in the command line? ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/hlds ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/hlds
Re: [hlds] Replay Help
I was pretty sure they fixed the FTP offloading problem when they split it into a separate thread. I've taken my FTP server down mid game before and pretty sure I haven't had any issues with the srcds processes hanging. Steven J.
