hmm, did you restart the server after?  Do cvarlist sv_log in your
console to see all the options available.

My apologies if this also has been covered previously...

Is there a way to get log files to append to the previously generated log file? 
 In other words, I would like to have a single log file to manage versus 
multiple log files.
