LOL. I have been running my own company for over 7 months now. It was
just a question. I wanted to make sure all those fakers out there saying
they could run 2000fps 200tick was fake. I'm very knowledgeable about
servers and how to run them. It was kinda a funny question to see what
remarks I would get.

I own my own game company GameTechServers.com. Is it possible to do any
thing higher then 1000fps if so what would be the command line for that.
Also I hear you might be able to go higher then 100tick if so How would
you do that. I have Windows 2008 server running Tcadmin.

Thank you for your quick response. Also. Is there a server side code or
a list of all command codes in Steam you could email me to help my
company with fixing servers. I would need all those files for games like
Cs 1.6 and Source. Thank you! I have searched online for more advanced
code, but there no were to be found.

You should probably consider hiring someone with knowledge of gameservers to
 help you with your setups.

A few pointers, no, nothing over 100 tickrate. Over 1000fps.. WHY?? I
seriously doubt it's possible, or even useful for that matter.

 OVER NINE THOUSAND FPS

In running game servers, obviously running more fps = better servers = can
charge more money to uneducated clans.
