I noticed that I was still running Tony's test stalemate plugin. That was
crashing my servers on map change.

I disabled mp_stalemate and it appears to have fixed the crashing I was

mp_stalemate? I don't think anyone have that. It's disabled by default. I
don't have it and still had a crash.

Related to pipeline, we got a strange problem yesterday on Stage 3.

The red team won because of the cart, then there was the building
explosion/the fire, but a new round didn't start. The game was buggued and
everybody stayed in stage 3 forever.

I don't think it's related to Pipeline.  It was crashing on Dustbowl and
other maps as well.

I have had regular crashes since the previous update on Windows servers and
after the recent update on Windows and Linux servers.
Not running anything special.
I should at least submit the mdmps to either BAIL or VALVe...
