Wha... I ugh.. Ugh 34? I though it was 33?

And ugh.. I had a server up since yesterday! So I had time to prepare, you
guys had access to the files too :/.

Yes I can not update my servers!  Trying to bring a new server online but
can't connect to update servers.  It times out.

Failed to connect to any GeneralDirectoryServer, WinSock Error 10060
"Connection timed out"

Also the other server that is already updated cannot connect to the master
server and does not appear to start although it is.

Could not establish connection to Steam servers.

The -dir flag should work with the -command version thing, right now
it tries to auto-detect the dir, so if you have multiple server
directories you need to clone the tool.

Also, -command version should print both current version *and* newest
available version so we could make easier update-check scripts.
