Is L4D2 supposed to match players to servers in other regions? We put up 20 servers in Europe and 90% of the players have 150-200+ ping, I traced roughly 10 of the IP's and all of them are from the US. I've never had a problem with HLSW getting info from Linux servers. However I've never gotten rcon response from the server, which is more of a problem for me than HLSW working or not (I rarely use it anyways).
