Check the config file for my plugin to make sure you aren't missing any quotes. Also make sure that kp_disable_jointeam is set to 0. Setting it to 1 will cause HL2DM to ignore the spectate commands. I have ManiAdmin plugin and your plugin for the hitcounts in Psychostats. I also have a plugin for spawn/chat protection.
