sv_voicecodec voice_speex
sv_voicequality 3


this paramerts change default settings adding more high freqency

Miles was the original, speedx or speex or whatever it was is the one
with seven or so different quality levels..

Since when is Skype a codec. That is a p2p VoIP program/network and not a codec from 
my understanding.
