SRCDS for DoD has not been released yet, that is why you cannot find it.
It should be out today sometime.
I lol'ed because there has been several threads and an official
announcement in this list recently about this specific issue and you only
just missed them by a day or so.

Hey all,

We run a Call of Duty UO dedicated Windows 2003 server for our clan. The
primary admin for this enlisted for the US Army and shipped out to boot

leaving me to manage this myself.

I am interested in setting up a Source server in anticipation for DoD
source
release. Our members can reaquaint themselves with DoD since that is the
game
we started with back in 2001.

Searching for Windows dedicated files for an initial install of "Source"
files
has led me in a roundabout. Several thread talk of it but I can't find

any

links or guides.

Any help is appreciated.
