tvmasteronly and tv_relay under linux is not working yet.

Regarding -tvmasteronly is it working at all (this is linux-wise).
Adding it to command line virtually does nothing at all. Running a "strings * | 
grep tvmasteronly" did not reveal such a string in the binaries. Is this 
command line argument not implemented into the Linux version of the SRCDS yet?
