[hlds_linux] Team Fortress 2 Update
A small update for Team Fortress 2 has been released. This is not required, but please run hldsupdatetool to receive it. try doing chmod 777 -R on the entire directory. i had the same problem with hlds so its worth a try. I use BrazilFW (formerly Coyote). It is very user friendly and works very well on very old hardware. The only drawback is that a full sized computer, even a really old, stripped down one, takes considerably more power than a dedicated router. If you are looking for a router that runs Linux, I've heard good things about the Linksys WRT54GL, although I've never personally used one. You can get them dirt cheap these days as well. When the update is released the server gets notified and spams " Your server will be restarted on map change" all over the logs. But when it restarts itself it doesn't pull the udpate. So it then gets caught in a never ending restart-on-mapchange loop. I know that with gameservers.com you have to kill the process, wait 3-5 mins, and then restart the process to actually trigger the update.
