[hlds_linux] Spy Still Crashing Server?
L 03/10/2009 - 20:02:02: "[redacted username<29>" changed role to "spy" ./srcds_run: line 351: 5479 Segmentation fault $HL_CMD Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem Tue Mar 10 20:02:02 PDT 2009: Server restart in 5 seconds I've gotten that three times now in the last 2 weeks, it started last week, but went away, so I assumed it was fixed. But I just got it today immediately after the Waiting for players phase, and before it happened middle of the game. However, I've noticed that each that it happens, its always someone changed role to spy and boom crash. I'm not saying it crashes when someone chooses spy, but the 3 times its crashed in the last 2 weeks, all 3 had that event before the crash. [hlds_linux] Age of Chivalry Server Doesn't Show in Steam Browser
Just that, my Age of Chivaly server isn't showing in the Steam browser anymore, either in lan or wan configurations. It was fine until the most recent updates to the Orangebox engine (one of the last two updates). I run DOD Source and Team Fortress 2 servers from the same installation with the same setup, and they both show up just fine for both lan and wan server configurations. Any suggestions gratefully received. This is my command line. ./srcds_run -tos -game ageofchivalry +map aoc_monastery +maxplayers 16 -heapsize 262144 +ip 192.168.0.101 -pidfile srcds.pid -debug -NoQueuedPacketThread -tickrate 66 +exec server.cfg This is the contents of my server.cfg hostname "Drekland: Age of Chivalry" //sv_password "***" //sv_spectator_password "yourpasshere" rcon_password "***" //sv_rcon_banpenalty 10 //sv_rcon_log 1 //sv_rcon_maxfailures 3 //sv_rcon_minfailures 3 //sv_rcon_minfailuretime 60 sv_region 255 sv_contact crazy_canu...@rogers.com sv_allowdownload 1 sv_allowupload 1 sv_timeout 120 //mp_timelimit 30 sv_alltalk 1 mp_allowspectators 1 mp_friendlyfire 1 mp_fadetoblack 1 sv_cheats 0 log on sv_logbans 1 sv_logecho 1 sv_logfile 1 sv_log_onefile 0 sv_logsdir logs exec banned_user.cfg exec banned_ip.cfg writeid writeip ___ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
Re: [hlds_linux] cacti
I'm using munin and I am happy about it. There is a plugin for srcds and it works fine: http://css.setti.info/code/munin-srcds/ The Mad Crapper schrieb: > i've been thinking about using Munin; Cacti is a good idea though.
