Fixed in L4D2, not sure about L4D.

Taken for mygot:
1. bind j overview_names 0 (or whatever you prefer to bind it too)
2. bind k outtro_stats_done (or whatever you prefer to bind it too)
3. In game just hit both of these binds together like 3-5 times.
4. The round will end immediately no matter where the game is at.
5. If you spam it enough some servers will freak out and skip whole teams
and maps. I have even had a small handful of servers shut down from this.

This may have been a typo, but the hyphen is in the wrong place on that command 
line.  It should be Counter-Strike Source.  This command line works for me:

./steam -game Counter-Strike Source -command update -dir .
