ZOMG, are we still crapping on about this?

I think it would be better for those that know how to use mIRC and enjoy
it to use the channel, and those that don't, ignore the email.

back onto the topic of HLDS! has anyone got a good fix for hz timers in
debian ... my hz timer is already at 1000 however i'm still experiencing
the 1.6 hlds not being able to reach over 200 fps.
