Hi, I'm in need of some help. I have a Red Hat 7.3 PIII 700 with 768MB of RAM just waiting to serve up some DOD action, but I'm having some trouble getting the server to connect.
The server is connected to a Netgear RP114 router which has a built in firewall. I have opened up port 27015 which gets forwarded to 192.168.0.3 (the internal IP for the server) When I run the server with the following command I get this. ./hlds_run -game dod +maxplayers 20 -map dod_anzio Auto-restarting the server on crash Console initialized. Protocol version 46 Exe version 3.1.1.1 Exe build: 22:35:19 Apr 29 2003 (2378) WON Auth Server Server IP address 192.168.0.3:27015 Downloading Security Module from Speakeasy.net ... Can't register variable mp_chattime, already defined Completed downloading Security Module from Speakeasy.net Server is in Secure Mode. couldn't exec listip.cfg couldn't exec banned.cfg status Can't "status", not connected exit Adding master server 65.73.232.251:27010 Adding master server 65.73.232.253:27010 Adding master server 65.73.232.252:27010 Sat Sep 13 13:42:15 BST 2003: Server Quit So obviously something is working, but the server just doesn't seem to connect. Adding +ip 192.168.0.3 doesn't seem to make any difference. Can anyone help me debug this?
