I believe he is talking about 1.6 with the Valve bots.  Hence the email
title.

 I've got a PIII-933 also - running DoD with 31 bots uses under 60%
 but I often see figures close to 60%
 Running a lan game without security - for leaning the maps :-)
 I'm not a top player so I get killed by the bots every so often.
 Linux: RH9 2.4.20-18.9 512MB RAM
 Bot: sturmbot 1.6 - min_reaction 30 max_reaction 80
   random_skill 100 learn_priorioty 1000 min_bots 16 max_bots 31
 hlds: 3111c1
 DoD: 1.0b
