This is due to a problem with telecomplete. Some of your bandwidth is
probably going through them and they had a serious fail over this
evening. As of 2.30am everything should be back up and running.
The problem was that hlds connects to the master servers lots, both at
start up and when players join (To check they are not banned I guess).
Well im guessing you connect to speakeasy.net via telecomplete. Hence
your servers having issues. Im sure it will all be running fine when you
wake up in the morning.
