-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I was having this problem for a while...I believe what I did was installed the steam update on another server, ran it once, packed it into a zip, and moved it to the problem server. Worked fine after that. At least, I'm pretty sure that's what I did. That was a long time ago.
