Both of my servers are secure! :-/ Are you sure it wasn't just a short outage? Are you sure they're insecure? The shields are a little buggy sometimes, right click View Server Info and make sure its definately a VAC problem and not te server list being buggy as hell. Try putting -secure into the startup parameters.
