Hmm yeah I remember seeing this too when I installed.

Have you installed either Counter-Strike Source content or Team Fortress 2
content as well?

Other than that all I can think of is to run it again with verify_all
checking both the tf2/css content and the garrysmod content after.

Thanks for posting this! I just installed a Garry's Mod server and didn't
understand what I did wrong with my fresh install...
One thing, however. Even though I run with -verify_all, I don't get any
Steam libraries, so my Garry's Mod server runs in "LAN mode". Any
suggestions?

Yeah I had this issue when just installing the other day. I fixed it by
pasting in some files into the orangebox/garrysmod/bin/ folder.

ulimit -c unlimited

Work around if you can't do this is to just start your server in something
like gdb.
