[hlds_linux] update servers down?

hiho, Updating 'Counter-Strike Base Content' from version 16 to version 17 20 minutes and still no answer of the update server. My guess is that the steam network can't respond to the whole demand over the Internet, for EACH update they make available online. But becoming a steam Mirror must not be as lucrative as we could think (big bandwidth costs for... for what?), that's probably why a lot of old well known mirrors cancelled their partnership...
