It's fun being one of the better players ;) I had it on full time on my server with persistent XP for a couple weeks. Ended up alienating a lot of my regs who are decent players, but were getting spanked by the kids spending hours at a time gaining levels. I've since moved it to weekends only with no persistent XP.
