Nope, still on the list after mapchange.
Im not even sure if its not just having to completely kill the process on
the servers.  hlds_run and hlds binary.  That seems to be one common factor.
The double map for cs may be part of the issue, but I don't think dod needed
double map listing on start up like olo recommended for cs.

So the answer may just be as simple as that..killing hlds_run/halfd and hlds
binary processes and restarting.
