I have a clean game server only It have no chokes but a lot of losses on diffrent maps

So its a feeling of lag you encounter and no real data to clarify whats happening? like drops, choke, spikes? Are you running HTT and SMP? cpu usage/spikes? I am no Linux expert, but depending on your distro there can be some OS related switches that might cause issues.
