It is still sold by many sheet music vendors. A Google search on "Pottag 
horn passages" will turn up plenty of hits.

Well, didn't P.T. Barnum sell an entire truck full of Tuna fish cans with the 
slogan "Won't go pink in the can"? It's probably just one of those stunts. The 
horn looks a little like a Yamaha. Maybe Yamaha is what they mean by cheap 
immitations.

Don't worry, I won't go there but I'm sure the list could come up with some
great definitions.

Second - Can you even imagine a cheap imitation ILO of a Selman, Schill or
Helmke ILO.
