I'll put an eBay link in this message, but if it doesn't work, just search eBay for Einstein horn and then check out the horn gallery portion. [Hornlist] FS: Giardinelli C15 mpc cup
I found a Giardinelli C15 cup (needs a rim screwed on to be a complete mpc). I'll never use it and would like to be rid of it. It's about 5 years old, tarnished but should clean up nicely. If it saw any playing time at all, I'm sure it wasn't more than a few minutes, part of many experiments w/ mpc's a few years agao. [Hornlist] Wash DC area: Another free concert with horn solo
The US Marine Band is once again featuring one of our horn players in concerts tomorrow and Thursday. MSgt Amy Horn will play a couple movements from Ralph Hermann's Horn Concerto. Be warned, these summer concerts are often canceled due to rain. I, for one, love it! But my humor has always been a bit off. For my money, the Hitchcock looks the best (it could almost pass for Mr. Farkas had he the opportunity to get a little older) followed by the Lincoln and then Whistler's Mother (if only her posture and angle weren't so bad...I'd terrorize my students for such!)
