Re: [Hornlist] Bach Mouthpiece.

2004-10-05 Thread Wilbert Kimple

The Bach 7 has a size 16 bore. The 7S has a larger
size 14 bore. The 7S was developed when Bach first
started making horns under its own name, and none
of their original mouthpieces proved satisfactory.

There is now a Bach 10 and a Bach 10S, also.

Wendel ,
A 7s Bach has their symphonic backbore( which is a little bigger than the
normal 7).

[Hornlist] Bach Mouthpiece.

2004-10-04 Thread Wendell Rider
Hi,
I just had an inquiry about a Bach 7S mouthpiece. I've never seen one of
these and can find none around here so could someone tell me what the
difference is between a 7 and a 7S, if any? Email me privately if you want.
Thanks,
