Need to weigh in re: Blue Juice. Have been using it for a year. I began using it when my valves began being sluggish and a trumpet friend said give it a go. Has worked extremely well. No gumming of my valves. In fact, the repair person who cleans my horn complimented me on the cleanliness of my valves and the only change was the Blue Juice. [Hornlist] Re: Blue Juice for Valves?
Having attended High School, I feel qualified to answer Steve's question. You can use Blue juice on your horn, but don't mix it with any other oils. It reacts badly with petrolium based oils and it will gum up. - Steve Mumford ___ post: horn@music.memphis.edu unsubscribe or set options at http://music2.memphis.edu/mailman/options/horn/archive%40jab.org
