It is infringing the copyright as this is taken from a public TV transmission ANY recording from a live concert is protected by copyright (protecting the artists´ rights for 50 years or 25 years in other countries). Even it is nice to have that recording, it is illegal to broadcast it without the consent of all involved artists. Robert Schumann does not get anything from that. And regarding the one comment to it It is named Concert Stueck ? Well, I might ask how Concert Piece translates ? Stueck Piece are one and the same.
