RE: [Hornlist] RE: Advice for a Noisey H179
But how about parfumes ? Now I do understand, why first horns in Vienna suffered from infarcts in the past. They used a mix of kerosene & Eau du Cologne to lub their valves. But why do they live longer now, using the same mix ?? Any explanation ? === -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Greg Campbell Sent: Saturday, April 14, 2007 10:01 PM To: The Horn List Subject: Re: [Hornlist] RE: Advice for a Noisey H179 Valerie WELLS wrote: > Hmmm (Excuse me while I put my dusty nurse's hat back on for a > moment.) I think I have discovered the problem: Next time, try playing the horn by *exhaling*.
