[HOT] Two projects that need your financial support

Dear friends,

I hope this email finds everyone doing well.

It is the end of the year fund raiser for HOT Microgrants, this is a
critical program and another opportunity to directly support the work
of local folks on the ground around the world using OSM and open
source tools, but in a way that directly improves local capacity as
well.

Please find the time to make a contribution if you are able, any amount helps.

HOT Microgrants are a great program and I am happy to have helped
bring Kate Chapman's and other's vision for them to life.

But they can take a relatively long time to award and there is a
project that is also trying to raise a microgrant type amount (USD
$1250.00), but before the end of the year. Because of the process for
HOT Microgants, they will not be able to help this person in time this
year I do not think.

Please dig just one bit more if you can, one time, and share a few
Pounds with this independent OSM project to preserve Topo Maps of
Africa, Namibia specifically:

It would also be a great way to thank Grant Slater (firefishy) for all
the work he does and has done for years for OpenStreetMap as part of
their operations team. OSM is lucky to have people like Grant
involved.

[HOT] Mapping help needed!

Hey everyone,

We need your help here at MSF... Our team in Moisalla in the south of Chad
is starting a community survey as from tomorrow. The area is mostly been
mapped, but not completely validated yet.

Are there any experienced mappers around here who could help us with
finishing and validating the two tasks? The team will need the data as from
tomorrow, so it would be amazing if we could get the two tasks mapped and
validated by then...
