Perhaps the Team could get involved with COVID-19.
For instance this research center that had received vast news coverage
is not visible on the map,

not its boundary too.

Perhaps the Team could somehow speed up the technical issues involved,

(In fact perhaps that is why there is a separate layer H. To bypass
technical squabbles, enabling critical facilities to "get on the map, now.")
