*Hi,* *Please find the below job description and if comfortable revert back with your updated resume to vaid...@hmgamerica.com * *Job Position: US IT **Recruiter. * *Job Location: ECIL X Roads, Hyderabad.* HMG America is currently seeking polished, experienced recruiters that have demonstrated and documented success in the U.S. IT recruiting market. *Job Description:* · Minimum 2 and above experience in US Recruitment. · Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc). · Qualify candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate. · Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. · Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests. · Have good knowledge of total recruitment lifecycle and have knowledge on C2C, C2H, 1099 and H1B. · Must be able to work during the United States Time Zone.
