*Duration : Long Term* *Local Candidates only* This position will be responsible for timely Development and Implementation of Online Services Systems according to the priorities set by Client. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiatives that will deliver recommended prototypes, designs, approaches, specification, standards and procedure that will meet the needs of ODC operations. In the capacity of Project Manager's duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the followings: · Manage Online Service projects to meet operational needs · Create User Interface Standards for Online Services · Streamline and implement new development processes · Research and Implement new technologies · Integrate with a broad range of existing applications · Implement design oriented towards standardization, common approach and reuse · Assist and mentor developers · Develop and deploy java systems · Support existing WebSphere environment *Mandatory Requirement:* · A minimum 5 years project management experience and expertise in software tools. · A minimum of ten years’ experience developing and implementing Java J2SE/EE applications in a WebSphere system. · A minimum of seven years’ experience as a Software/Solutions Architect for a Java J2SE/EE based WebSphere system. *Desirable Requirement:* · A minimum of five years’ experience in providing customized Java design and development of an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. · A minimum of five years’ experience in providing development and implementation of the Apache Wicket Java component framework in a Production environment. · A minimum of three years’ experience in providing development and support services to convert Java applications from WebSphere Portal to WebSphere Application Server. · In the last five years, prototyped and implemented a minimum of three commercial or open source software products in support of a Java development or application server environment. · A minimum of one-year experience in providing development and implementation of responsive web design/mobile device support in a production Java-based web application. · FileNet integration with Java: A minimum of two years’ experience integrating Daeja ViewOne document viewer into a Java application, leveraging FileNet web services. List all applicable projects with dates, with a description of implementation and software used.
