[Hugin-bug-hunters] [Bug 1465823] Re: hugin batch processor stops after making pto

2015-06-25 Thread Georg Lipps
Hi Thomas,

with 2015.1.0.5f45958ae420 it worked like a charme. Thanks a lot.

One little question, how is the canvas size determined:

Bestmöglichen Beschnitt bestimmen...
Calculate optimal size of panorama
Setting canvas size to 5107 x 2620
Searching for best crop rectangle

>From Hugin itself the optimal canvas size is much higer.

Greetings,

Georg

PS: I do see some error in the logs, but they do not seem to harm.

[Hugin-bug-hunters] [Bug 1465823] Re: hugin batch processor stops after making pto

2015-06-20 Thread Georg Lipps
Hi Thomas and Peter,

I am now on 2015.1.0.7acabc8c42f6:

Unfortunately it does not work correctly.

Here are the asserts fron phase I (finding pictures for panoramas):

/usr/include/wx-3.0/wx/strvararg.h(451): assert "(argtype &
(wxFormatStringSpecifier::value)) == argtype" failed in
wxArgNormalizer(): format specifier doesn't match argument type

/usr/include/wx-3.0/wx/strvararg.h(451): assert "(argtype &
(wxFormatStringSpecifier::value)) == argtype" failed in
wxArgNormalizer(): format specifier doesn't match argument type

../src/gtk/bitmap.cpp(258): assert "bitmap.GetDepth() == 1" failed in
InitFromMonoBitmap(): Cannot create mask from colour bitmap
(3 times)

When starting the process of panorama making, there is a crash:

PTBatcherGUI -v
*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating
17:30:34: Debug: The thread 0x7fa20d419700 is being destroyed although it is
still running! The application may crash.

Hi Bruno,

thanks - I got everything fixed now. There was an additional fault in
luminance-hdr.

Interstingly it was sufficient to recompile vigra. It did not touch
enblend.

[Hugin-bug-hunters] [Bug 1169204] Re: /tmp/buildpkgs/vigra/vigra-1.9.0/src/impex/codecmanager.cxx:234

2013-07-13 Thread Georg Lipps
Hi,

I did the following (inspired from Hugin compiling Ubuntu)

sudo apt-get install libtiff4-dev libopenexr-dev libboost-system-dev \
  libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-graph-dev libboost-thread-dev \
  freeglut3-dev libglew-dev libxi-dev libxmu-dev libplot-dev libgsl0-dev \
  liblcms2-dev

cd ~/src
wget http://hci.iwr.uni-heidelberg.de/vigra/vigra-1.9.0-src.tar.gz
tar -zxvf vigra-1.9.0-src.tar.gz
cd vigra-1.9.0
cmake -DWITH_OPENEXR=1 .
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig

enblend -v -V
enblend 4.1.1

Extra feature: dmalloc support: no
Extra feature: image cache: yes
  - environment variable TMPDIR not set, cache file in default directory "/tmp"
Extra feature: GPU acceleration: no
Extra feature: OpenMP: no

Supported image formats: BMP EXR GIF HDR JPEG PNG PNM SUN TIFF VIFF
Supported file extensions: bmp exr gif hdr jpeg jpg pbm pgm png pnm ppm ras tif
tiff xv

Hdr-tiff files are ok, but exr-files cannot be opened by luminance-hdr.

Greetings,

Georg

Me again, some more details:

libvigraimpex4 1.8.0+dfsg-0ubuntu2 is currently installed. There are ppa
with libvigraimpex 1.9.0+dfsg-0ppa3~quantal1 should that be ok?

[Hugin-bug-hunters] [Bug 1169204] Re: /tmp/buildpkgs/vigra/vigra-1.9.0/src/impex/codecmanager.cxx:234

2013-07-10 Thread Georg Lipps
Hi Bruno,

thanks for the clarification. Thus I have to do this:

" So you need to recompile the vigra library with OpenEXR support and
then link enblend-enfuse against this new compiled library."

How is this done technically. Or can I install directly an enblen-enfuse
version with has EXR support?

Greetings,

Georg

[Hugin-bug-hunters] [Bug 1177077] Re: jpeg files cannot be opened by eye of gnome nor Xnview

2013-05-07 Thread Georg Lipps
Ok, thank you, Bruno.

here we go:
enblend --version
enblend 4.0-753b534c819d

enfuse --version
enfuse 4.0-753b534c819d

I tried to upgrade to 4.1.1 but ran into some problems:

I downloaded enblend-enfuse-4.1.1.tar.gz however ./configure gives me:
configure: error: libtiff is required to compile Enblend.

According to the software center I have libtiff5 and libtiff4 installed
as well as libtiff-opengl and libtiff5:i386. Somthing is not ok.

Next I found the deb packages: enfuse_4.1.1-precise~ppa1_amd64.deb and
enblend_4.1.1-precise~ppa1_amd64.deb. When I tried to install them. The
error is: libboost-filesystem 1.46.1 or greater

Installed is libboost-filesystem 1.49 and 1.50.

Any suggestion how to come out of this dead end.

Greetings,

Georg
