The crash is not reproducible on my system. I copied the mentioned section from the configuration, started Hugin and the cp lists opens fine - no crash. The issue with Help>About indicates a corrupted installation. After a clean installation mentioned COPYING.txt file should be installed and then the about dialog opens fine. I deleted Hugin's config file ".hugin" in home directory. After that no crash occurs. But if I add section "[CPListFrame]" to new config file from previous config then Hugin crashes every time when I press "Show Control Points". Hugin misconfigured itself?
