Please don't attach such big files here. Okay, we the standard settings there is small glitch with the cp cleaning in this special case. Go to preferences and set default cp generator to cpfind (with celeste). Then try it again (from scratch). This works for me. Also the output is fine for jpg/tif/png. do you get a nice pano as TIF or as JPG?
