When I try to open the images from those folders, Hugin just says "Unsupported image file format" and "Could not decode image ... . Abort". Renaming the folder to remove the accents helps. In the error dialog, the folder name is written without encoding errors. I haven't noticed this bug in 2012 version, but now in 2013 it is present. I run Hugin on Windows 7.
