I removed Hugin settings files and in Batch Processor checked "Save log" and "Verbose output". I found temporal solution: hugin_executor -s _projektas_.pto
This produces verbose output in a console (but no log file).
Batch Processor during stitching also shows verbose log in a window, but in to
log file is saved not verbose output (on stitching success or fail). Seems that
on stitching fail Batch Processor loads log from a file (which is not verbose)
and shows in another window. You get verbose output in a log file?
My guess, maybe there is now (compared to Hugin 2018) two data streams: one
are messages from Batch Processor ("Remapping LDR images...", ...) and another
messages are from executed external Nona and Enblend ("remapping", "saving",
...). And facility which saves data into a log file only saves output from
first data stream.

Sorry, I have no further ideas. It is strange, if nona and enblend run from the terminal, it should also run when running from Hugin itself. But from the log it appears the programs are not correctly called from the GUI (using wxExecute from wxWidgets). The verbose output is also what I get with your project. Attaching console output from "nona" and "enblend".
I must mention that during stitching a window is shown where I can see
detailed progress ("Remapping LDR images...", "remapping", "saving", ...), but
when stitching fails that window closes and a log window appears with very
limited information. I have log from previous project which is stitched
successfully, that log is very detailed compared with this log from failed
stitching.

Using the attached pto file I can stitch the project. In the log file there are some entries missing which should be normally printed. Can you run nona and enblend from the terminal?
