Currently the only patch is for the appstream appdata file because it lack the last release and doesn't validate. I'll submit it in a bit. Flatpak has a policy to limit patches to what is needed to work (build failures, path, etc.) and whenever possible or relevant submit them. It should be no problem to link to the Flatpak package if it is ready. Also changes to the source are possible when needed for Flatpak - when don't conflict with Hugins standard behaviour.
