Re: [hugin-ptx] hugin - tiffs
How do you process the RAWs? I use mostly Adobe's Raw converter at the moment, and the resulting tiffs work in Hugin. There are some messages from PTBatcherGUI, but I think it's about two dialogs per pto project. Not one dialog per file as it seems to be in your case. A search for RichTIFFIPTC suggests that the error message comes from libTIFF. The tag itself seems to be included by Photoshop. Can Photoshop omit that or can you try to strip it with e.g. exiftool? Which settings do you have for saving your tiff files in Photoshop? BTW which Photoshop version do you use? Are you sure that make has enough rights to access the Temp directory? I'm no Windows expert but I'd either try to set up a different location for the tmp files in Hugin or lower restrictions for local applications. I had this quite often with 2013 RC2. I sent a mail about this on October 11. I haven't been doing panoramas since I downloaded the last release version, so that I can't tell if this still happens. What I discovered at that time is that this most often happened on the first run after loading Hugin. Re-executing the panorama generation often worked. -- Frederic Da Vitoria (davitof) Membre de l'April - « promouvoir et défendre le logiciel libre » - http://www.april.org -- A list of frequently asked questions is available at: http://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_FAQ --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups hugin and other free panoramic software group. Re: [hugin-ptx] Re: hugin - tiffs
Here's a thought for getting around the tedious click-click-clicking. Maybe you use pto_gen to make the project first, then open the project in Hugin? My experience with photos from my cheap phone is that Hugin doesn't ask me questions about the images when opening the project.
